Losing weight and staying healthy is one of the hardest and most challenging issues some of us will ever face. This is evidenced by the shelves and shelves of books you’ll find on the subject at any used book store. While many of these books are great in theory, they fall apart when they encounter the real world.
What sets Aaron’s methods apart is that they grounded in reality. He speaks to the busy fathers who struggle with their health as the result of the demands of family and career; who desire a fit body, but have given up because it seems out of their reach.
Aaron is a coach, podcaster, blogger and creator of the Diesel Dad Army. Aaron lives in Chattanooga, TN and enjoys walking his 4 dogs, spending time with his family and listening to marketing podcasts.
After struggling with my health and weight in my late 30's, and was able to discover extraordinary energy and vibrant health. I hope to serve as an inspiration to other men in a similar situation.
